1.1 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and KashyBee (“KashyBee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1.2 By accessing, registering, or using any services provided through the KashyBee platform (the “Platform” or “Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable guidelines, rules, or notices issued by KashyBee.

1.3 If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform or any of its Services.

1.4 KashyBee reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Notice of such changes will be provided through the Platform, email, or website updates. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 KashyBee is a financial technology and digital commerce platform that develops, distributes, and manages electronic vouchers (e-vouchers) and related fintech products for users and merchants worldwide.

2.3 KashyBee may partner with licensed financial institutions, payment processors, and technology providers (“Third-Party Service Providers”) to deliver its Services. While KashyBee ensures integration security and quality, it does not control or guarantee the performance of third-party systems.

2.4 KashyBee is not a bank or money remittance company. It does not hold customer funds as deposits, except as allowed through authorized partnerships.

2.5 All transactions conducted on the Platform are subject to financial, anti-money laundering (AML), and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations in applicable jurisdictions.

2.6 KashyBee's Services are designed to support financial inclusion and empower both individuals and businesses engaged in digital commerce and e-voucher distribution.

3.2 Users are responsible for keeping their account details accurate and up to date.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. KashyBee is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from negligence in safeguarding login information.

4.1 You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.3 KashyBee reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if these obligations are violated.

5.1 KashyBee issues and facilitates the sale of e-vouchers either directly or on behalf of partner merchants.

5.2 Each e-voucher is subject to specific terms of validity, usage limitations, and redemption conditions, which will be displayed at the time of purchase.

5.3 Once purchased, e-vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

5.4 KashyBee or its merchant partners may impose service fees or processing charges, disclosed before purchase confirmation.

5.5 All transactions are processed securely and depend on network conditions and third-party processors. KashyBee is not responsible for delays beyond its control.

5.6 In cases of fraud, system error, or suspected misuse, KashyBee reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel transactions pending verification.

6.2 KashyBee may suspend or terminate merchant access for violation of these requirements or in response to user complaints or regulatory action.

7.1 KashyBee employs encryption, multi-factor authentication, and continuous monitoring to protect data integrity.

7.2 Despite these measures, users acknowledge that no system can guarantee absolute security.

7.3 All data handling is governed by KashyBee's Privacy Policy, which explains how user information is collected, used, and shared.

8.1 Users and merchants must ensure that all submitted information is accurate, current, and lawful.

8.2 KashyBee may suspend or restrict accounts containing false or misleading data.

9.1 The Platform and all related Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

9.2 KashyBee does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or reliability of its Services or third-party integrations.

9.3 All implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.

10.2 Total liability of KashyBee, if any, shall not exceed the value of the affected transaction.

11.1 All trademarks, software, voucher templates, and content are the exclusive property of KashyBee or its licensors.

11.2 Users and merchants are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for authorized purposes.

11.3 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited.

12.2 Termination does not affect prior transactions or rights accrued before the termination date.

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KashyBee operates or as otherwise designated on the Platform.

13.2 Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

14.1 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder remains effective.

14.2 Failure by KashyBee to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.

14.3 These Terms represent the entire agreement between the User and KashyBee regarding the Services.
